We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, embraces accountability, and wants to grow in a performance-based environment. The Business Development Representative plays a key role in expanding our agency by building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping customers protect what matters most.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new relationships through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
  • Conduct customer conversations to understand needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline through disciplined follow-up.
  • Learn and apply professional sales, communication, and customer relationship strategies.
  • Take ownership of daily activities, sales goals, and personal performance metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with the agency team while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and develop lasting relationships.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to be accountable for results.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Coachable and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, athletics, leadership, customer service, or other roles requiring initiative, competitiveness, and strong interpersonal skills is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain required insurance licenses.
